Since WRC 297 is intended only for cylindrical nozzles attached to cylindrical shells. How can I evaluate Fin Fan cooler Nozzles' on CAESAR II?

WRC 297 is used for pressure vessels only.
For fin fan coolers, equipment fabricator will give you the allowable nozzle loads table. You have to compare piping loads with those.

Or review the applicable API standard which covers the design, I'd suspect it's in the 660's range. API standards usually specify such allowables too.

Thanks for your answers, but how can I do the evaluation on CAESAR II?

API 661 has a table for maximum forces and moments by nozzle size. To check in CAESAR, you need to select the "Nozzle Lmt Check" in the input box and put in the maximum forces and moments and select a comparison method. CAESAR will then check the applied loads compared to the maximum loads. The fabricator would typically be expected to ensure that the header box and nozzle are designed for these loads.
