NX CAE: How to Heal a Failed Node

I'm running NX 8.5 Advanced Simulation:

I've meshed my body and ran an Element Quality check to find failed nodes. It resulted in 2 failed nodes, but I don't know the proper workflow to heal these failed nodes.

Clearly I'm new to CAE, so any help would be great!

Thanks all

Dear Justin,
Well, when you run a Mesh Quality check you are looking for elements (not nodes) that failed because the element distortion is bigger than the maximum quality threshold values required by the FEA solver.
In general (depending of the failed check: Aspect Ratio, Skew Angle, Jacobian, etc ..) the way to improve the mesh quality is reducing the element size, while at the same time to simplify the geometry.
Best regards,
Blas.
