NX "Internal Error" Upon View Updating 2

Hello All:

I keep receiving the following error (see attachment) in drafting while trying to import a base view. I have tried changing my view preferences to 'delay update upon creation' and then manually updating, but I still get the error.

I don't even know where to start trouble-shooting this? Anyone have any ideas as to what common causes might be? The model I have loaded is the same model I am using in other drawings successfully, so I really can't tell what's going on here.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
 
That's unfortunate since I don't know what a GTAC is. Google results lead me to believe that it is some sort of NX support center. We have our own internal help desk and do not send things out unfortunately. Looks like I have to tell the customer we're screwed.

Oh, I'm more than willing to make a phone call. But I'm doubtful that a phone call will resolve this. If GTAC needs access to the file, I'm 99.9% sure it's not going to happen.
