I Don't do much drafting but I have a question. When dimensioning and settings are set to a 3 place decimal (1.000) if the actual number is 1.0005 shouldn't
the output be 1.001? is this a setting to force round up? I get 1.000.

Thanks

In NX an ending digit of 5 doesn't always round up; it rounds toward the nearest even number- it's discussed in thread561-197969

And nothing has changed in the six years since I posted those rules for the 'engineering' approach to rounding numbers, and please, don't even think of suggesting that NX should have an option to change that rule to allow what you were taught in grade school.
