OMRON CJ2M-CPU13 - SCU32- Communication

HI ,

I am new to this forum and omron PLC.

Now i setting up a new system with 2x CJ2M CPU13 and 2x SCU32 and the connection via 1000M RS485 cable.
i would like to transfer 5 DI (16bits W area) and 24 analogues (DM).

May i know the best communication to use for the serial communications? Please share any sample programs or video tutorials.
