I have had my inter-provincial TQ in refrigeration for 20 years. I don't know the current process but if you contact matt buss at

The day you can earn a Refrigeration TQ Red Seal online is the day I shred mine. God help the trade if we get to that point. If anyone thinks a computer terminal is a viable replacement for an apprenticeship, great, just let the graduate work on your equipment only.
