Interesting. I noticed it has: Interface with MATLAB (Chrono::Matlab)
Cosimulation with Simulink (Chrono::Cosimulation)
I wonder how this works exactly? And what the use cases might be.

Typically we cosim ABS and ESC with Matlab. You can also build more elaborate driver models (path following algorithms, laptime optimisations) than the basic dynamics packages allow. That's not such an issue with Chrono, if you like writing C++. Spit. I'm hoping the industry moves towards supplying black box simulink models of their systems, so even if we don't know the nitty gritty of the algorithms we can at least bung them into SiL sims.
