I have to design orthotropic deck plates for bridges.If any body knows a good
reference material, please let me know.

You might find the old industry staple on this by AISC, check

as deal with a lot of out of print books and are very inexpensive. Search for orthotropic plates. There are a lot of examples.

Otherwise the only other treatment of such topic will be minimal in Xanthakos' Theory and Design of Bridges or perhaps the Structural Engineer's Handbook.
