Hi everybody. I have a question. Is there a standard for material FR-4? And does it exist a standardized designation for this material with foil thickness and etc?

FR-4 is a grade designation, not a material description... big difference between the two.
The foil thickness is whatever is offered by the manufacturer of one specific instance of FR-4, but most manufacturers create 1/8-, 1/4-, 1/2-, 3/4-, 1-, and 2-ounce copper on various core thicknesses. They'll also do custom thicknesses, but expect to pay for thousands of panels worth at a time.

In case you're wondering about the "ounce" unit of measure, it's explained nicely here: PCB Universe
It works out that 1 oz of copper per square foot is about 1.34 mils thick
