Pressure Vessel Modelling

Hello.

I just want to know if the fluid density is needed in modeling the pressure vessel as a simulation in CAESAR II? Thank you.

Caesar II is typically used for pipe stress analysis. If all you're trying to do is estimate nozzle displacements due to thermal growth, I"d just leave in the the fluid density for the rest of the model; it doesn't hurt anything. If you're trying to compute the stresses in a vessel Caesar probably isn't the right program unless you're using one of the extra FEA tools.
