PSD vibration analysis

hi all
I am applying a PSD function to a system in Adams view, and run vibration Analysis.
On the other hand, I will follow the same steps in Python batch analysis.
compare two result and surprisingly the answers not match
why this happen occurred?

thank you for your answer,
but check the acf of both and we understood The Adams view uses the same acf file.
