Quench Tank Sizing Methods For Relief Systems

Could someone reference me to any articles or books on Quench Tank design for safety relief systems. I saw on the internet that one of the CCPS books had some information on this, but I can not find the article which referenced it. Anyone know what CCPS book I'm talking about?
