Hi Satya

Assume Number of bolts and size of that, then :

Ab = n x A(root)

Ab should be less than Am , So if "n x Aroot" was not enough. increase the number of bolts or change the bolts size.

* it is recommended " All Flange Bolt Holes Straddle the Centerlines" so the number of holes can be 8 , 12 , 16 , 20 ,...
* Get the Aroot from selected bolts table

Dear Nafierfani,

Thanks for your reply,if we have to calculate "Ab" then we have to know the Values of no.of bolts and size of bolts.Do you please clarify these values and let me know if any calculations for it.

Thanks & Regards,

Satya
