What's the best technology to reduce H2S in gas processing plant, Redox or Sufatreat? We assume gas is 5 ppm h2s content and processing about 2 millions/day.

From the rate and H2S content you provide, I would suggest that you contact the SulfaTreat folks to get a design. You will probably find the cost for the SulfaTreat vessel and the sorbent is less costly than putting in a RedOx system. Typically, these are niche systems that depend/become economic depending on the amount of total sulfur to be removed. You are clearly in the scavenger (SulfaTreat) regime.

You do not provide operating pressure which will be important. You should also consider inline injection using liquid scavengers (triazine chemistries) to remove the H2S.
 
Sulfatreat is not the only option. Depending on your conditions there are some very good solid scavengers from Johnson Matthey Catalysts and from Unicat Catalyst Technology. Both use a "mixed metal oxide". They can be a bit pricey but the % utilization is better.

5 ppm is quite easy. There used to be some charts that outlined what sulfur removal technology was best for what technology. I think the solid absorbents could be economical at removals of less that 300 lbs per day. If I can find a copy of the chart I will post it.

I want to correct my information, our plant gas production is 70.629.333,00 ft³/day, 600 lb pressure.
