One can wonder if TACTICAL information would be a problem. Apparently not.

Unless this was really a failure of their remote monitoring and control system, as in not data security.

Just providing a little more context for the non-electricals here that may not be familiar with the law.
 
another possible "design" defficency . . .

i got the impression the unit was producing mw (synched) when the event happen. even it the turbine tripped, the generator breaker should not open till all steam addmission indicated closed AND the unit went reverse power
 

appreciated...
