The operator wants to keep the report confidential citing security concerns. That's usually a bad sign.

does not give "...strategic information..."


it is not subject to CEII classification.

One can wonder if TACTICAL information would be a problem. Apparently not.

another possible "design" defficency . . .

i got the impression the unit was producing mw (synched) when the event happen. even it the turbine tripped, the generator breaker should not open till all steam addmission indicated closed AND the unit went reverse power
