In NSW Australia an IM240 test has been considered a reasonable in-service test to establish the emissions status of a road going vehicle.
During the lead up in investigative work to decide which test might be best or appropriate to perform in-service testing the authorities identified a test that produced good results and I understand was almost as effective as the IM240. The test was the Steady Speed or Steady State 60 (SS60).
Does anybody know of this test? I am looking for the test procedures and parameters in regards to this test and the application to Australian Design Rules 27A, 27B, 27C and 37
