Hi guys,

I am looking for ... if exist... a standar design to "high pressure hydrostatic test bunker", and thus be able to define the critical loads (is it a projectile like a nut at 200 km / h ?, bursted flange ?, is it a pipe that fails longitudinally, is a leak of water or air ?, the complete spool explodes and the energy released is total with expansion ?, others) to design the walls (thickness), covers, diagonals, materials, etc, of this "metallic bunker".

I have seen some companies like

but I want to know how to design it according to maximun hydrostatic test.

Cheers

Test pressure?
Spool diameter, volume?
Spool features, flanged etc?

Based on the lack of key information presented you should call a specialist and not design equipment which will serve as a safety feature.

ASME PCC-2 had info about the energy released or repeated to pressure tests. Expressed in lbs or kg TNT.

There are companies which design blast proof containers. Either off the shelf or to spec (€€€). Either it should be fairly easy.
