Hi Guys ,
Need help with one of my ongoing project . We will use Steam from Boiler to Produce Hot Water for AHU via PHE
Steam Source is from Gas Fired Boiler .
Steam Capacity : 3000 Kg/hr
Operating Pressure : 8 bar
Steam Temperature : 180 Deg C .
This steam will be used in AHU Water Heating . We will use a Plate Heat Exchanger . One side will be steam Inlet/Condensate Drain the other side will be Hot Water In/Out from AHU .
Steam Inlet Spec of PHE are as follows
Steam In : 1800 Kg/Hr
Operating Pressure : 2 bar
Steam Temperature : 130 Deg C .
Now we are looking for a Steam Control System which will maintain the demand of PHE . Please note that at present Boiler Steam is supplied for PHE Only . In the future there may be other applications . We are planning to use a PRS . But what will happen if there is excessive flow of steam in the PRS? I mean how can I ensure necessary Supply to PHE & maintain the safety as well .
