Turnkey Combined Cycle Plant Price Levels

I need to know an average price per kW for a Net Plant Output of 400 MW and if is possible the assumption of establish price.

back in the mid 90´s the price of a combined cycle, gas fuel fired approx 400 MW in america (non us) US MADE Eq. was 100000K this comes about to 250K/MW +/- 15%, turnkey... cannot give more data.

Meantime, I have found in "Gas Turbine World 1997 Handbook", page 26, for a CCP close to may needs (396.0MW) a value of $380/kW, so not so close to $250/kW, but also a notice that "depending on scope pf equipment, site specific requrements, geographic location and competitive market location, THESE PRICES CAN VARY CONSIDERABLY" (for this reasons I need some assumptions) => did somebody know an useful web link with the above info or have a fresh info from the above book?

My latest copy is "Gas Turbine World 2000-01 Handbook". In that issue two plants were discribe near your need. One a MHI 701F (50 cycle) at $350/kw and GE Frame 7H at $500/kw. As noted actual cost will vary widely with number of turbines, BOP equipment, site requirement, environmental constraints, etc.
