Unnecessary polygon body

Hello,
I am using weld point - resistance weld in the modelling environment to create spot weld and then in FEM environment there are multiple unnecessary polygon bodies created automatically which are invisible (infinitely small). how to prevent these polygon body

Hi,

Which version of NX are you using. I tried a simple workflow in NX9 and don't see any new polygon bodies created because of the welds.
