US - European conversion Table for Metals

Hello,
I'm working in a mechanical workshop where we make parts for North American and European market, sometimes we find hard to spot the correct material from the customer drawings, is there any conversion table available to check different names and listings between countries?

there are books, that you can buy from alars that lists all uk specs and thier nearest equivalent in all major countries, france italy, switzerland sweden and usa, if you would like i can send you the address.
