For some reason this folder is over 30gb large.
Is it ok to delete everything in there (all of it seems to be NX/teamcenter-related) or are there things there you need?

It is save to delete everything in it. I've written a bat file to delete all those temp folders and let it run once in a while. Sometimes it is necessary to delete those temp folders because some programs will try to access those files and then hangs if you leave them there.
Change "you" in the bat file to your own win name.
