Scenario.
I have an assembly of parts. This assembly, CATproduct, is then machined - holes added, diameters machined, under another assembly number.
I have made each assembly identical, they each use the same CATpart, except I have used assembly features in the machined assembly to produce the holes and machined diameters.
I intend to have the assembly features inactive in the Catparts by default, and activate them when I need to produce the machined assembly drawing, or work on the machined assembly.
I am a new V5 user and have a feeling I am not handling this in the best way - any advice would be appreciated.
Thankyou.
