Vessel Mounted Multistage Ethylene Transfer Pump- Cryogenic Sevice

Hi,

We are currently looking for a possible Vendor to replace the existing Ethylene Transfer Pumps that we have at site. The old pumps were not so reliable and we end up servicing it every now and then. Thus we are exploring the possibility of sourcing the pumps from another Vendor. The operation is at negative temperature (Operating Temp. : -55DegC )(Design Temp :-104 DegC @ 0.0 kg/cm2g). The existing pump is a vertical multistage(20 stgs) vessel mounted submerged motor pump (no mechanical seal , motor is submerged with process liquid together with the pump stages).


Other details of the pumps that we are looking for are :
Fluid : Ethylene
Flowrate : 512 m3/hr
Suction Pressure : 22.9 kg/cm2g
Differential Pressure : 107.7 kg/cm2
NPSHA= 10 Meters
S.G.=0.436
Vapor Pressure : 23.4 kg/cm2a
Viscosity : 0.06 cP

I have come across three possible Vendors that could provide me with a suitable pump model under their portfolio namely:

1.Ebarra Cryo
2.Nikkiso Cryo
3.Shinko Ind. Ltd

Is there any other Vendor that you feel might have a suitable model for our service requirement. Please advise if you have any names in mind.
