Vibrating concrete slab

Ok, I'm going to admit my structural dynamic knowledge is pretty limited, so bear with me.

I have been asked to design a slab to support a 130 kip press (which isn't an issue). The press will obviously vibrate. I've know the press will produce a fundamental frequency equal to 4 Hz. How do I know my slab thickness will be enough to dampen the press?
