Enlarging concrete pedestal

We currently have a steel structure project supported by concrete pedestals. A couple of it are 29.5"x29.5" but the contractor casted 27.5"x27.5". I've looked into jacketing but it seems like not feasible . I am not familiar with this situation. What possible solutions can be done? 90% of the pedestals will be earthfilled under soil

We need more info. How big are the loads? Do you have a detail that you can share? What was the governing criteria for the design - uplift weight, bearing area, moment capacity...?

Most critical implication is usually the edge distances for any top-surface anchorage.

90% of the pedestals will be earthfilled under soil

I don’t know what this means.
