ACI 318-56 minimum reinforcing requirements

I have a 3'-6" slab where drawings are unclear as to the bottom reinforcing in one direction. Does anyone have the minimum reinforcing requirements from ACI318-56 and could they forward me the page that shows this?

Min reinforcement ratio should be 0.0018 I believe for temp and shrinkage purposes.
