ACI 318 Span Length Requirements

I am still getting used to the new ACI 318-14 format. In previous versions of the code (8.7.1), there was a provision for beam span length; clear span + depth of member not to exceed c-c of supports, and so on. Has ACI done away with this provision, or am I just missing it somewhere in the new format?
