Hello,
I am trying to replicate the field failure an assembly where oil leaks from the joint.
As i don't have the exact oil at my current location, i am performing the leakage test by submerging the assembly in the water tank (similar to what is done in tyre leak test) & supplying the air from the external source. Is there a relation, which can help me to co-relate air vs oil leak rate.
regards,
Sundeep P

No, not really.
It depends on the size of the leak.
If it is fairly large then there may be way to relate them.
