I'm working with a large solid. Started out with one solid body. I've done some modifications and then exported it as a parasolid, loaded it up in Solidwork and noticed it was 3 solid bodies. In solidworks it's really easy to tell how many solids you have...is there an easy way to tell in NX6?

Thanks,

Wade

Another way is to change the color of your first solid body from the default color after your first major boolean. Then when another solid body is created there will be a color difference as it will be created in the default color.

Another way is to go to the Part Navigator, press MB3 (Right Mouse Button) over some 'white space' and toggle OFF 'Timestamp Order'. The Part Navigator will now show a hierarchy scheme where the first level is Solid Bodies, then features, etc., but you will see a top-level entry for every independent Solid Body in the Part file.
