Hello All

I have turned off (treat degree 1 Spline as polyline) several times.
Restarted NX and (treat degree 1 Spline as polyline) comes up as toggled off and
it is still converting everything to a
convergent body? SOS

Anybody have any suggestions. Just started happening out of the blue. Today

Thank you

Can you explain what happens after the spline ?
You create a spline, which becomes a spline and not a polyline and then you .....? which is a convergent body.

Which version of NX ?

Tomas

Check the model template file. I'm not sure if "treat degree 1 Spline as polyline" is a part setting, or not. If it is, you'll need to change it in the template file (aka start part, aka seed file)

Good point Dave!
If you are using a template part when creating new parts, you need to change that setting in these templates.

( I noticed the same when trying to change the default density. - It's not read from Customer defaults when one uses templates, only when using the "blank" option in File New.)
