In CREO 4.0 if you are creating a model and you locate a hole from one edge of a part and then later use the Geometric Dimensioning tool and locate the same hole with a basic dimension from a different edge of the part, which dimension will appear on the drawing if you use the "Use Model Dimensions" option?

Use model dimension will use the dimension that is driving the hole in the model.
The basic dimensioning scheme will not have any bearing on how the model was constructed.

It is best to use the driving dimensions in your GD&T.

Worker7,

You might get an answer if you post this question to the Creo forum.

Thanks DraftingMan. I did not know that there was a CREO forum.
