DOL Starter Control Scheme 1

Hi,
Please help me to understand the DOL Starter control scheme.
Below attached is the DOL starter control scheme. The original scheme vendor provided has LCP (Local Control panel) with Start, E-stop and R/M selection.

I want Field E-Stop only. So I have marked up the changes to study on my own. Please let me know if the comments I've marked would be enough to use field E-Stop.

Please suggest me what to do?

I need two signals from E-Stop. First Signal to be hardwired to Starter and tapped to PLC/SCADA. Second Signal hardwired Starter control circuit. Thanks.
