That's 60T at 20m/s assuming a vertical lift.
So I guess their rate is doable. What I find problematic is their MWh claim. To raise 60T 3000m requires 0.5MWh of energy. That means their weight will have to be 48x the maximum mining load of the most powerful mining lift in the world.
