On which manner is possible to multiply part in assembly design, but to define everything with formula (number of parts and spacing between parts)
I try it with Multi Instantiation tool, but there is no option to input formula in new instance, or in spacing between parts.
There is no problem in part design to multiply part with pattern tool and define every parameter with formula, but how can I do that in assembly design.
Thanks!

If you expand that tool you wil find something called Define multi instansing, this one will define the assembly pattern and then you can use the Fast multi instansiating to repeat the defined pattern several times.

But if you have a pattern in part then you can use "reuse pattern" to instaciate parts according to that pattern

Thanks, but I know that all.
In Define multi instancing I can’t define numbers of instances by formula. I can define them now, but in next case I would not know how many instances will be, because their numbers depend of some dimensions which I would like to bond with formula.
Option reuse pattern is also unenviable because I don’t have pattern in part. I try to define pattern in part design on some sketcher but it only works with bodies, in that case I will have to make some body and multiply it with pattern and hide it, then after all I will have pattern to use option reuse pattern in assembly design.

Pattern in Part works on wireframe elements (eg:point) too. You may have to switch to Generative Shape Design. I don't remember actually.
It the "fake" Part that contains the pattern must not appear in the BOM, you can hide it from the BOM (see edit properties)

Thanks.
I totally forgot for Generative shape design, for creating sketcher and using pattern on it. But is this possible, assembly design can’t multiply parts and define their numbers and spacing by formula.
I can’t believe that only option is to create in generative shape design some fake sketch which will be multiply with pattern (here is possible to use formula and define some parameters like spacing and number of items) , and after all in assembly design us reuse pattern tool.

Sorry acomana, that is the way to do it with Catia. However, you don't have to do a fake sketch. It is possible to pattern a point or a line too at GSD.

If I'm not misstaken you can create parameters in assembly to control parameters in a part, in this case the instance numbers

Azrael can you be more specific about creating number of items by formula in assembly design with multi instancing tool.
I used Define multi instansing tool, but I didn’t found any possibility to import formula.
Can you gave me example, how can I import A+B-1 number of instances (A and B are some variable parameters). I try almost everything.
Thanks.

You still need that bogus pattern in part. You can drive number of instances of that pattern with assembly level parameter and relation.

Multi instantiation tool in Assembly Design is one-time tool. There isn't any associativity with it.
