Need help finding manufacture REI

I have two conveyor systems that have REI Electric Co. dc speed control packs, #SC-220R c/w 2.5" panel meter to show rpms.. They are starting to malfunction. I need to find a replacement for them, but can not find any info on the manufacture REI Electric Co. of Japan. Any info on where they went, or a replacement for them.
