How can kids and pets get injured with it?

Or is it just lacking safety screens from moving bits?

But whether the tread + is any worse isn't very clear.

I think it might be a bit higher at the back, has a slatted tad and I think high grip because you can actually use it to push against the motor as well as just running.

And it cost a phenomenal amount of money. That has an impact in how people view it.

All this mention of gruel... I loved this stuff to no end when I was a kid, but tried it years later without the same impact (perhaps because I poured a metric ton of sugar on top of it as a kid? ):
