Hi All,
I'm currently designing a plate that has NPT threads. Custom NPT plugs thread into the holes and stick out about 35mm from the surface. When the first article came back and assembled with the plugs, I noticed that one of the plugs is visibly angled off axis when threaded into the hole. What's the typical way of controlling perpendicularity of NPT threaded holes?
Thank you.
