Visualise STRESS on SHELL ELEMENTS in ABAQUS

Hi everybody!

How can I visualise STRESSES un different planes of the SHELL ELEMENTT in Abaqus?
I want to visualise STRESS on the TOP plane and the BOTTOM plane of the shell.
Abaqus gives me only STRESS on the middle plane.

Shell elements are two dimensional. The third dimension is only a visual thing. An analogy would be, "Why can't I view a stress plot of a beam model while the cross-section is rendered?" And the answer of course is, you can't because they are one dimensional.
