You have a problem with wrong offset i your program vs the controller. Might work too set the errorcheck or something like that in the on/off menu. Have too check my books too be sure.

We have Amada X1 (LVPlus) What do you need to compare.

I would try too reduce initial duty.

We check the lens every day. Clean it every 50 beam on hour. Do you realy need to clean it every day?

I can check our conditions but you need to cut it with nitrogen or shop air. You get poisinus gas if you cut with oxygen.

If the spline is too long it will brake it up to straight lines in dr abe. We just brake the spline in too shorter sections. I don't know how to do it in ap100.

In what way do you crash your laser if you use autonesting laserspyder? We use Dr Abe and only had some small faults with it.

It's important to not move the outer table when it's at switch hight. If you moved it you have too look at monitor menu and the view where you see the table pos. Move the chain close too 0. How long is it since last service of the machine optics? Where in europe are you location?
