If the spline is too long it will brake it up to straight lines in dr abe. We just brake the spline in too shorter sections. I don't know how to do it in ap100.

In what way do you crash your laser if you use autonesting laserspyder? We use Dr Abe and only had some small faults with it.

It's important to not move the outer table when it's at switch hight. If you moved it you have too look at monitor menu and the view where you see the table pos. Move the chain close too 0. How long is it since last service of the machine optics? Where in europe are you location?

I do think i have all manuals for the X1 so if its something you need too know i can take a photo and send you an email. How long do you run before change of laser gas in resonator? Make sure your cutting head is clean inside or you can get strange errors from this.

Put a 8.8 drill in it too check backside size.
