Those layers created by SOLxxxx are frozen is specific viewports. They must be thawed in all viewports to be purged. Use VPLAYER THAW <layer names> ALL.

Another software does not UNDO the ZOOM commands. I have seen users undo things that were no longer visible on the screen trying to get back to what they thought was the last thing they did, only to find several wasted minutes re-building stuff that didn't need to be undone.

Prior to R2000, attribute were propmted for in the order they were selected during creation of the block. For R2000 and later it is the REVERSE order of selection during creation. It can be changed by redefining the block and attributes using ATTREDEF.LSP

The manual is speaking of BLOCKs not WBLOCKing. If you're making a block in the current drawing, the attributes are prompted for in the order of selection. Write blocking or WBLOCK, is really a different function than making a BLOCK.
