Thanks for the feedback. This was a co-worker's dilemma, and he had already attempted what you suggested. Turns out GTAC had him reset his registry file. Works fine now.

This has got to be an obvious one, but how do you retrieve the dialog bar (for basic curves) after it has disappeared? It's not hidden, so far as we can tell, and is not available on the toolbar customize menu.

Can't explain why, but we experience this as well. It usually suffices to remove the component from the assembly and then add it back in. It should show up under latest revision.

Seb, Not enough info provided to be sure of what you're trying to do, but look at the 'Extension' command under free form feature palette. Sounds like this may help you achieve desired results rather than swept command. -Rod

Instance array creates instances of a feature on a solid body. It sounds like you're trying to create an array of solid bodies in space, which you cannot do with this command. It needs to be a boss, hole, boolean, etc.

There's also the 'Sheets to Solid' assistant, which works well if you need to thicken the solid - worth a try if you're still having trouble.

Do you mean that you've created a label in Drafting and when you go back to Modeling you don't see it? If this is the case, go into View Dependant Edit and toggle on 'View to Model' under the 'Convert Dependency' dialog.

CFDruss, In addition to Cowski & Tim's valuable input, if your circles are coaxial, you can simply create a cone (Form Feature->Cone->Two Coaxial Arcs.) This saves a couple steps if you have a straight guide path and won't need to modify tapers later.

Did you try a Part Cleanup? (File>Utilities>Part Cleanup) Sometimes deleted features / entities are retained on layers in object count. If the other suggestions did not fix the problem, this usually will. SAVE THE PART FIRST.
