Are you talking about the drawings I have posted?

Not at all. I am referring to artistic license where the wall connection was shown in the media as being supported structurally by the basement wall without any mention or apparent awareness that there were hook bars involved.

Edit: More specifically it shows the deck/slab abutting the perimeter wall, which is mystifying.
