I'm not so sure, we'll have to wait and see where this leads. As far as review, I don't know. If propaganda, then it's snakeoil, albeit with a political purpose.

Silver lining? from Oxford's propoganda's machine... just learned a week back that my granddaughter is studying, on line, at Oxford. [pipe]

Brilliant, let's put trillions in taxes on item 1 and then tell people they'll save trillions by using irem 2 instead.

I don't think that's propaganda anymore, just pure gaslighting.

Tug, you and I have no idea of the costs involved, if things go south... it could easily be in the trillions.

We have past history that tells us to expect an additional 10m of sea level rise. We have past history that shows a rate of rise of up to 3 meters per century. We will need to move our low lying cities to higher ground. That is going to be expensive but at least we'll have modern, clean, efficient cities to show for it. Instead we chose to chase zero carbon and all that is doing is increasing the wealth gap with nothing to show for it.

The big difference is that at that time there wasn't the buildup of people, structures and infrastructure... there will be a big and costly difference if it happens. [pipe]

Is this an admission that climate change is not human caused? That it has happened before there was a build-up of people, structures, and infrastructure? And it will happen again regardless of people, structures, and infrastructure?

Maybe we need to shift our focus to building weather modifying satellites to preserve our climate as is if that is the most important goal.

Absolutely NOT!

Like I said earlier... opposite sides of the same coin.

Everything you've ever said to anyone about 'check your sources' sure as shit applies to Newsmax.

Now lets talk about what sort of machinery it takes to maintain a high pressure area just north of Washington state (that keeps rain etc away) for approximately 3 months 2 years in a row?
No I really don't think R12 filled balloons are it.

Do you think there is machinery that maintains a high pressure area over Washington? Do you consider balloons machinery?

I would love to hear your theory on this
